Melissa Sipes is a Public Relations Specialist, Corporate Trainer, Author, and former radio and television host with over a decade of experience in communications, media, and customer service training. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of South Wales, UK and a Master of Arts in Communication from Texas Southern University, which inform her strategic, results-driven approach to public relations and professional development.
This breadth of experience reinforces her belief that clear communication, service excellence, and professionalism are universal drivers of trust, performance, and long-term success.
